When you give up eligibility for coverage as an insured person upon leaving the company, return your health insurance card to the employer within five days after disqualification.

On turning 75, you will no longer be eligible for insurance coverage.

 

On turning 75, you will be covered under the medical system for persons in the latter stages of old age. For this reason, even if you are still employed, you will no longer be eligible for insurance coverage under the health insurance system.
Please return your health insurance card within five days after your 75th birthday.


What about family members of an insured person who has turned 75?

Family members of an insured person who has turned 75 formerly authorized as dependents will no longer be eligible under the health insurance system, in accordance with the insured person's loss of eligibility.
Note that family members who have lost their eligibility must join another health insurance plan, such as National Health Insurance.
