How to use |
Reservations can be made on a first-come, first-served basis or via the reservation lottery.
See the instructions for the Web reservation system or for use of each facility for more information.

Reservations are accepted via the reservation lottery on the Web reservation system during the reservation lottery application reception period. Lottery results will be sent to registered email addresses on the date of the lottery.
* You may apply via the reservation lottery for accommodations of up to two nights for up to eight persons in a single facility for a directly operated lodge or up to two nights in a single log house for the Yamanaka Lake Log Houses.

You can use lodging facilities, athletic facilities, golf courses, and other facilities in Japan and overseas at special corporate member rates.
Certain facilities are available at special rates for members of the Tokyo Securities Industry Health Insurance Society. These rates offer even bigger discounts than their special rates.

Laforet Club
You can use Laforet Club directly-operated facilities, Mori Trust Group hotels, and special facilities and special services at Laforet Club member rates, or golf facilities at general member rates.
In addition, a subsidy of 3,000 yen per person per night is available for Society members who stay at specific facilities.

How to apply |
1. |
Make reservations via the Web (Laforet Club) or by calling each facility directly. When applying by phone, tell the operator that you are a member of the Tokyo Securities Industry Health Insurance Society. |
2. |
Make reservations by providing the facility name, desired date(s) of use, and number of users. |
3. |
After confirming the reservation, provide the name of the person in whose name the reservation is made, the Society health insurance card symbol and number, name of the employer, contact telephone number, and other information. |
4. |
To apply for the subsidy, before using the facility, print the Tokyo Securities Industry Health Insurance Society Subsidy Application Form (Laforet Club) (gSubsidy Application Formh hereinafter) from the Society website and fill out the necessary information. |
5. |
Present your health insurance card at the front desk when you arrive.
ESociety insured persons and dependents are eligible for the subsidy.
ETo apply for the subsidy, submit the Subsidy Application Form and present health insurance cards for all persons eligible for the subsidy. |
6. |
The user is responsible for paying any fees at the facility front desk. |
Subsidy application program
A subsidy of 3,000 yen per person per night is available for Society insured persons and dependents (“Society members” hereinafter) who stay at eligible Laforet directly-operated facilities and Mori Trust Group hotels.

When applying via the Web (Fujita Kanko’s WHG Hotels [Washington Hotels chain and Hotel Gracery]), first enter the following account and access key (password) and confirm the site’s privacy policy.
* The URL for the reservation site and access key (password) changed effective April 11, 2022.

3. |
When applying by telephone, inform the facility that you are a member of the Tokyo Securities Industry Health Insurance Society. Additionally, indicate the desired date(s) of use, number of users, name, telephone number, and address. |
4. |
The user must pasy all applicable fees when checking in at the facility front desk. |
