You can use Laforet Club directly-operated facilities, Mori Trust Group hotels, and special facilities and special services at Laforet Club member rates, or golf facilities at general member rates.
In addition, a subsidy of 3,000 yen per person per night is available for Society members who stay at specific facilities.

Rates and other information

Since rates vary from facility to facility and by date, check with each hotel or the Laforet Club website.

* The same applies to special facilities and special services.
* Overnight guests may use tennis courts, fitness centers, swimming pools, and other facilities (fees may apply).

How to apply

Make reservations via the Web or by calling each facility directly. When applying by phone, tell the operator that you are a member of the Tokyo Securities Industry Health Insurance Society.
Make reservations by providing the facility name, desired date(s) of use, and number of users.
After confirming the reservation, provide the name of the person in which the reservation is made, health insurance code and number (*), name of the employer, contact telephone number, and other information.
* Check your health insurance code and number using any of the following:
① Health insurance card (through December 1, 2025)
② Eligibility Verification Certificate
③ Eligibility information screen on Mynaportal
④ Notice of Eligibility Information
The user is responsible for paying any fees at the facility front desk.

Subsidy application program

A subsidy of 3,000 yen per person per night is available for Society insured persons and dependents (“Society members” hereinafter) who stay at eligible Laforet directly-operated facilities and Mori Trust Group hotels.

Notes

The subsidy is available for up to five nights per fiscal year (April 1 – March 31) per member.
Present documentation verifying the health insurance society and health insurance codes and numbers (*) of all persons to be covered by the subsidy and submit the Subsidy Application Form at the front desk on the day of use.
* Present any of the following:
① Health insurance card (through December 1, 2025)
② Eligibility Verification Certificate
③ Eligibility information screen on Mynaportal
* After downloading and saving the health insurance eligibility information shown on Mynaportal, you can display this information on screen or print it out to present, together with your Individual Number Card, at the front desk.
Eligibility information is valid for one month after the date you save it.
④ Individual Number Card and Notice of Eligibility Information
You will not receive the discounted rate if you cannot present any of ①-④ above.
If you use the facility after losing eligibility, you will have to refund the subsidy amount.
Read the terms and provisions under “Handling of Personal Information” on the Subsidy Application Form and indicate your consent in the space provided before use.

Present documentation verifying the health insurance society and health insurance codes and numbers (*) of all persons to be covered by the subsidy and submit the Subsidy Application Form at the front desk on the day of use.
