you have an automobile accident and suffer an injury, you can

Note that if you receive treatment using your health insurance, your
right as a victim to claim compensation to cover your medical treatment
is transferred to the Health Insurance Society. If the assailant has
paid for your treatment, the amount you received will be deducted from
your health insurance benefit.
