Note that if you receive treatment using your health insurance, your
right as a victim to claim compensation to cover your medical treatment
is transferred to the Health Insurance Society. If the assailant has
paid for your treatment, the amount you received will be deducted from
your health insurance benefit.

later date from the assailant of an amount equivalent to
your medical care costs. For this reason, if you use health
insurance when receiving treatment for an injury sustained

of Injury or Sickness due to a Third-party Act" to
the Health Insurance Society as soon as possible.
