You do not need to notify the Health Insurance Society after this.
Consent to and sign the Health Insurance Society’s document Handling of Personal Information and submit to the medical care institution before the examination. (Consent to Handling of Personal Information is required to undergo an examination.) - (2) After receiving the examination following the instructions of the contracted medical care institution, pay any costs that exceed the subsidy amount of 7,000 yen. If the medical care institution does not accept difference settlement, be sure to obtain a receipt and then apply for the subsidy in the same manner as described under “Examination at other medical care institutions.”
