Choose from the list of contracted medical care institutions.
Examination items
One-day complete medical checkup or short-term (overnight) complete medical checkup
For details of examination items, ask your preferred medical care institution about the examination items included in complete medical checkups under contract to the Tokyo Securities Industry Health Insurance Society.
- * Examination items of complete medical checkups shown on each medical care institution’s website or elsewhere may differ from the examination items provided under contract to the Society.
Costs
The Health Insurance Society will pay 50% of the contracted price. (Contracted prices vary by contracted medical care institutions.) However, if 50% of the contracted price exceeds 25,000 yen, the maximum subsidy amount will be 25,000 yen.
The examinee will be billed the balance after subtracting the subsidy amount as the user copayment, through his or her establishment.
(Example) | User copayment | (Contracted amount) | (50% of contracted amount) |
---|---|---|---|
If the contracted amount is 37,000 yen | 18,500 yen | = 37,000 yen | -18,500 yen |
If the contracted amount is 58,000 yen | 33,000 yen | = 58,000 yen | -25,000 yen (Maximum subsidy amount) |
