- Dates on which the Health Insurance Society and the Omiya Kenpo Ground are closed

- Relatives and acquaintances of a Society insured person or dependent when using the facility together with the Society insured person or dependent; former Society insured persons
* On weekdays only, former insured persons and the above relatives and acquaintances may use the facility without being accompanied by the Society insured person or dependent
