This table applies to monthly salaries. |

The rates in the headings of the table apply to bonuses,
rounded down to the nearest 1,000 yen (up to a cumulative
annual bonus total of 5.73 million yen). |

For a voluntarily and continuously insured person, the standard
monthly remuneration (up to a maximum of 590,000 yen [grade 33])
when he or she left the company shall apply as the standard monthly
remuneration for these purposes. |
