Insured persons who wish to get colorectal cancer screening by mail should apply to their employers’ persons in charge by the end of July. |

7. Notice of results |

The contracted examining institution will mail examination results to the insured person’s home address. |
8. Post-examination management |
|
Those whose primary screening results are positive (+) may choose to receive a referral to a specialist at a contracted medical care institution (for examinations covered by health insurance). |
