Health examination data are used to recommend examinations to prevent worsening of conditions based on Data Health Plans.
Establishments retain health examination data in the sections responsible and use this data to provide health consultations and health guidance in accordance with judgments by and instructions from industrial physicians.

The Society retains health examination data in its computer systems (or archives in the case of written documents) and uses them for health consultations and guidance by establishment industrial physicians and the Society’s physicians, public health nurses, and registered dietitians, as well as in health education. The Society also uses data on specific health checkup items in stratification and specific health guidance for those with and at risk of metabolic syndrome.
In partnership with the staff responsible at the establishments, the Society also works to maintain and promote the health of insured persons in accordance with the objectives of Article 150 of the Health Insurance Act. |
