Contracted medical care institutions

See the list of contracted medical care institutions (gynecological examinations).
You can use medical care institutions for which a single circle and “(payment of difference in amounts accepted)” is indicated in the “Gynecological examinations” column.

* If you are undergoing only gynecological examinations, use a medical care institution for which a single circle is indicated in the “Individual examinations available” column.

Cervical cancer screening (Multiple tests, such as internal examination, cervical cytology, and ultrasound, are available.)

* Not including tumor marker testing for either of the above screenings

Examination costs

Consent to and sign the Health Insurance Society’s document Handling of Personal Information and submit to the medical care institution before the examination. Get the examination as instructed by the contracted medical care institution. Pay the portion of the costs beyond 7,000 yen on the date of the examination. When undergoing an examination at a medical care institution that does not offer the option of paying only the difference from the subsidy amount, be sure to obtain a receipt when you make your payment and apply for the subsidy as described under “2.
