The Society will not provide personal information concerning individuals to third parties without the advance consent of the individual in question. In addition, personal information concerning Individual Numbers (“specific personal information”) will not be provided to third parties except as provided for under the Act on the Use of Numbers to Identify a Specific Individual in Administrative Procedures, regardless of whether the individual in question has consented.
However, personal information other than specific personal information may be provided to third parties without the consent of the individual in question in the cases stipulated in the items of Article 27, Paragraph 1 of the Act on the Protection of Personal Information.
